Hand-made in Brushed Back French Terry Jersey and filled with a Hollowfibre cushion pad, Sculpture (2021) is available in three colours - red, blue and grey, and is released in a very limited edition of 12 (+3 APs).

Text that reads 'SCULPTURE' wraps around the cushion, and is bleached into the fabric so that the lettering is embedded within the fibre itself; akin to an intaglio printmaking process. 

This edition is a continuation of Capaldi's ongoing concerns with the boundaries between sculpture and performance. The work acts as a performative object, transforming the domestic interior into a sculptural site.
